"Coach Ken always pushes my thinking to the next level." - Mitch Jarvis, Lead Pastor - Independence First United Methodist Church
"Ken's gifts for coaching have made a difference in strengthening my leadership as a United Methodist pastor in a mid-size church. By pointing me to the right questions to consider when leading a congregation, I have absolute confidence that my church will grow in realizing its missional potential for Jesus Christ." - Kevin Shelton, Lead Pastor - Community UMC
"Ken has exceeded my expectations as a coach. He doesn't give you the answers to the issues you discuss with him. Instead he takes the approach of guiding you toward the answers and knowledge that you already have within you. To me, this is what makes him so effective." - Jerry Mattson, Pastor UMC
Most of us have attended some type of Leadership Summit during our careers. It may have lasted a day or two, or even a week...but how long did what we learn stay with us? No matter how exciting or relevant the topic, enthusiasm wanes and we often end up right back where we started.
Leadership Base Camp is about keeping those skills and learnings active and engaged in your life and your company year round. True leadership development is not a once a year activity. You must establish a base camp where you can return to over and over again for you to reach your true potential.
